WHAT LANGUAGES DO YOU CAPTION?
We provide closed captions for almost all English-language dialects. Other languages are considered on a case-by-case basis.
WHAT FILES DO YOU ACCEPT FOR CAPTIONING?
Nearly all video file formats are acceptable.
The file size is capped at 2GB. If your file is larger than 2GB, please shrink the file size. A search on the internet for an audio or video file size reducer should yield multiple results.
WHAT FILES DO I RECEIVE FOR CLOSED CAPTIONING?
You will receive a transcript in MS Word .docx, as well as an srt or vtt caption file as output.
ARE MY FILES CONFIDENTIAL?
We process highly confidential matters on a daily basis for our global clients.
We take numerous measures to ensure client confidentiality, including:
- Client-tailored Non-Disclosure Agreements.
- Contracts for Way With Words’ management, staff and independent contractors which include strict confidentiality and data protection clauses.
- Password protection and encryption.
- Secure server for uploading.
- In-house processes to vet each contractor for ID purposes.
- Where required, we also ensure our contractors and staff sign the relevant data protection or Official Secrets Act of the client country.
