So, will it be all right if you put your phone on silent?
IE
That's fine.
IV
Are you all right for time today?
IE
Yes, we were supposed to have a meeting right now with the boss and some members of the board, but it has been cancelled, so my time is now all yours.
Please go ahead.
IV
Excellent, okay. I don't know exactly what you've been told about today, but we're looking at what people do when they go online. My name is Bob and I work for an independent research company called XYZ. What we are going to do is just have a little chat about what you do online and what sorts of websites you might go onto, and then I want you to imagine that you have 15 minutes to spare and for you to do what you normally do online. At that point I'm probably going to just go out of the room for a bit and I'll be observing from another room, and the later we will chat about what you did.

IE
Okay.
IV
So, it is very simple, you know. It's really about your actual behaviour.
